Changing your mind
Returns
How long do I have?
30 days from delivery. The pouch must be unused and in its original packaging.
How do I start a return?
Write to info@talecraft.se with your order number. We will reply with a return label and instructions.
Who pays return postage?
We cover return postage within Sweden. Elsewhere, return postage is at your cost unless the item is faulty.
When is the refund made?
Within five working days of the pouch reaching us, to the original payment method.
Exchanges?
Tell us which colour you would rather have and we will hold it while your return is on the way.
Faults
Something is wrong with it
Send a photograph. If it is our stitching, our leather or our hardware, we repair or replace it at our cost.
Consumer rights under EU and Swedish law apply in addition to the above and are never reduced by it.
