Before you order
Can you leave the price out?
Always, if you ask. Add a note at checkout and no invoice goes in the box.
Can you send it straight to them?
Yes — enter their address as the shipping address and write your message in the order notes. We will hand-write the card.
What if they want a different colour?
They have 30 days to exchange it. Forward them the order number and we will handle it directly with them.
Can I add my own text?
Yes. Tick “Add personal engraving” on the product page and write any text you like, up to 30 characters. It is 300 SEK.
How early should I order?
We dispatch within three working days. Then allow 3–7 working days in Sweden, 7–14 in the EU and 7–15 elsewhere — and a little more around holidays.
