Exchanges

To exchange an item, the fastest way is to return the original product. Once the return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the replacement. We’ll process your return as soon as we receive the item.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you about the status of your refund. If approved, you’ll receive the refund to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to process the refund.
